The OPPO Find X9 Pro is a camera-focused flagship phone from OPPO. It was announced in China on October 16, 2025, and went on sale there on October 22. The global launch followed in Barcelona on October 28, 2025. The global model comes only as 16GB + 512GB. It costs £1,099 in the UK and €1,299 in Europe. OPPO does not sell it in the US.
Design and display
The phone measures 161.26 x 76.46 x 8.25 mm and weighs 224 g. It has an aluminum frame and a matte glass back, offered in Titanium Charcoal and Silk White. OPPO rates it IP66, IP68 and IP69 for dust and water resistance.
The flat 6.78-inch AMOLED screen has a resolution of 2772 x 1272 pixels and a density of 450 ppi. It refreshes at up to 120Hz with LTPO adaptive control. Brightness reaches 1,800 nits in high brightness mode and 3,600 nits at peak. Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protects the front.
Performance
The Find X9 Pro runs on the MediaTek Dimensity 9500, built on a 3 nm process. Its eight CPU cores peak at 4.21 GHz. It is paired with 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 512GB of UFS 4.1 storage. There is no microSD card slot.
Cameras
The rear setup combines a 50MP main camera, a 50MP ultrawide camera and a 200MP periscope telephoto. The main camera uses a 1/1.28-inch sensor with an f/1.5 aperture and optical stabilization. The telephoto has a 1/1.56-inch sensor, f/2.1 aperture, 3x optical zoom and optical stabilization. A 2MP monochrome sensor completes the array.
The main camera records 4K video at up to 120 fps. On the front, a 50MP selfie camera with autofocus records 4K at 60 fps. OPPO also sells an optional Hasselblad Teleconverter that attaches over the telephoto lens for about 10x optical zoom. Compared with the Find X8 Pro, OPPO replaced the two telephoto cameras with a single 200MP unit.
Battery and charging
A 7,500 mAh silicon-carbon battery powers the phone. It supports 80W SUPERVOOC wired charging and 50W AIRVOOC wireless charging. It can also charge other devices wirelessly. However, the global box contains only a USB cable, so the charger is sold separately.
Software and updates
The Find X9 Pro ships with ColorOS 16 based on Android 16. OPPO promises five major Android upgrades and six years of security patches. It has an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint reader and an infrared blaster. Connectivity includes NFC, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6.0 and USB-C 3.2.
Should you buy the OPPO Find X9 Pro?
The phone suits buyers who want a long-zoom camera and a very large battery. Its IP69 rating and long update promise add to its value over time. On the other hand, US buyers can only get it through importers. Buyers should also budget for a charger, since none comes in the box. In addition, OPPO announced the Find X10 series in China in September 2026.
