Software and updates

Should you buy the realme GT 6?
The GT 6 suits buyers who want a very bright display, a large battery and fast charging below flagship prices. Its 2x telephoto camera is rare at this price. On the other hand, the IP65 rating does not cover water immersion. There is also no wireless charging or eSIM support. Its successor, the realme GT 7, arrived in May 2025, so the GT 6 is now mostly found at discounted prices.
