The Google Pixel 11 is the entry flagship of the Pixel 11 series. Google announced it on August 12, 2026, and sales started on August 20, 2026. It starts at $899 with 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage. That price is $100 higher than the Pixel 10, although base storage has doubled from 128 GB. In the US, the phone is eSIM-only, while other markets keep a nano-SIM slot.
Design and display
The Pixel 11 has a 6.3-inch Actua OLED panel with a 1080 x 2424 resolution and 422 ppi. It switches between 60 Hz and 120 Hz, but it does not use an LTPO panel. Peak brightness reaches 3,000 nits, and HDR content goes up to 2,000 nits.
Gorilla Glass Victus 2 covers the front and the polished back. The frame is satin aluminum, and the phone is rated IP68. It measures 152.8 x 72 x 8.6 mm and weighs 197 g. That is 7 g lighter than the Pixel 10. In addition, the camera bar is about 40% slimmer than before. Colors are Frost, Pistachio, Hibiscus and Obsidian.
Performance
The phone runs on the Google Tensor G6, the same chip used across the Pixel 11 series. Google confirmed that it is made on TSMC’s refined 3 nm process. The seven-core CPU combines one Arm C1-Ultra core at up to 4.11 GHz with six C1-Pro cores. Graphics come from an Imagination PowerVR GPU.
Every version has 12 GB of RAM. Storage options are 256 GB and 512 GB, and the 512 GB model uses Zoned UFS. The Tensor G6 also brings a MediaTek modem instead of the Exynos modem used before. Unlike the Pro models, the base Pixel 11 has no vapor chamber for cooling, according to Android Authority.
Cameras
The main camera uses a new 48 MP sensor with a 1/1.56-inch size, f/1.7 aperture and optical stabilization. The resolution matches the Pixel 10, but the sensor is larger. Next to it sit a 13 MP ultrawide camera and a 10.8 MP 5x telephoto with OIS. As a result, Super Zoom now reaches 30x.
The 10.5 MP front camera has autofocus. Both the rear and the front cameras record 4K video at up to 60 fps, with 10-bit HDR support. New software features include Magic Capture and Camera Looks.
Battery and charging
The battery has a typical capacity of 4,985 mAh, with a 4,840 mAh minimum. Google rates it for more than 30 hours of use. Wired charging reaches about 55% in 30 minutes with a 30 W charger. Wireless charging now follows Qi2.2 with Pixelsnap magnets and reaches up to 25 W. However, there is no charger in the box.
Software and updates
The Pixel 11 ships with Android 17. Google promises seven years of OS updates, security patches and Pixel Drops. Gemini Intelligence features run on the device, and Satellite SOS is supported. Connectivity includes 5G, Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 6, NFC and a USB-C 3.2 port.
Should you buy the Pixel 11?
The Pixel 11 suits buyers who want a compact phone with long software support and a 5x telephoto camera. Fast magnetic wireless charging and 256 GB of base storage add to its value. On the other hand, the Tensor G6 scores below rival flagship chips in benchmarks. Buyers who play demanding games may prefer a phone with a faster chip. Also, the display is not LTPO, unlike the Pixel 11 Pro.
