The Win2 is a gaming flagship from HONOR. It was announced in Hangzhou on October 21, 2026, and went on sale in China that day. Its list price starts at CNY 5,499 for the 12GB + 256GB version. HONOR has not announced a launch outside China. The phone replaces the HONOR Win and pairs a 185Hz screen with two cooling fans and a 10,100mAh battery.
Design and display
The Win2 has a 6.89-inch OLED panel with a 3104 x 1440 resolution. It supports native 144Hz, 165Hz and 185Hz modes. HONOR quotes 2,000 nits of full-screen peak brightness and 10,000 nits of maximum peak brightness. The panel uses LTPS rather than LTPO, and PWM dimming reaches 5,920Hz.
The body measures 163 x 78 x 8.5 mm and weighs about 237 g. It has a matte metal frame and carries IP68, IP69 and IP69K ratings. Three colors are sold: Red Blue Buff, Black and White. All three are sold in China, and HONOR’s launch visuals lead with Red Blue Buff.
Performance
The phone runs the Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen 6, a 2nm chip. Its two prime cores reach up to 5.01GHz. An Adreno 850 GPU handles graphics. Memory options are 12GB and 16GB of LPDDR5X, with 256GB, 512GB or 1TB of UFS 4.1 storage. There is no microSD slot.
Cooling is the main hardware feature. Two fans, an upright cross-flow fan and a side fan, push air through the body. HONOR rates them at up to 20,000 rpm and 31,000 rpm. The phone also has a dedicated WIN key for mapping game controls.
Cameras
The rear setup has two cameras. The main one is a 200MP sensor of 1/1.4 inch with an f/1.9 lens and optical stabilization. A 12MP f/2.2 ultrawide sits beside it. There is no telephoto camera, so zoom beyond the main sensor is digital, up to 30x.
The front camera is 50MP with an f/2.0 lens. Both cameras record video at up to 4K. The rear camera supports 4K at 60 fps.
Battery and charging
The battery has a typical capacity of 10,100mAh, with a rated capacity of 9,850mAh. It supports 100W wired charging and 80W wireless charging. The phone can also charge other devices, with 27W wired reverse charging and wireless reverse charging. HONOR’s China box includes a charger, a cable and a case.
Software and updates
The Win2 ships with MagicOS 11 based on Android 17. HONOR has not published an update promise for this model.
Should you buy the HONOR Win2?
It suits gamers in China who want active cooling, a 185Hz screen and a very large battery. The body is also water resistant. Buyers who care about zoom photography may prefer a phone with a telephoto camera. Buyers outside China would have to import it, without a local warranty or confirmed support for local network bands.
