The OnePlus Ace 7 Pro is a performance phone with a built-in cooling fan and a 9,000 mAh battery. OnePlus announced it in China on October 29, 2026, alongside the Ace 7. It starts at CNY 4,799 in China, and OnePlus has not announced a global version.
Design and display
The phone has a 6.78-inch flat LTPO OLED panel with a 2772 x 1272 resolution and 450 ppi. The refresh rate scales from 1 Hz to 165 Hz, and supported games can reach 185 Hz. OnePlus lists 1,000 nits of typical brightness and 2,000 nits of full-screen peak brightness.
It comes in Windbreaker, Flowing Light White and Polar Night Black. The white and black models have a fiberglass back, measure 8.5 mm and weigh about 218 g. Windbreaker has a glass back, measures 8.59 mm and weighs about 225 g. All versions use an aluminum frame and carry IP66, IP68, IP69 and IP69K ratings.
Performance
The Ace 7 Pro runs on the full Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, while the Ace 7 uses the V Series version. The chip is built on a 3 nm process, and its top core reaches 4.608 GHz. It pairs with an Adreno 840 GPU, LPDDR5X Ultra memory and UFS 4.1 storage.
Memory options run from 12 GB + 256 GB to 16 GB + 1 TB. There is no microSD slot. A dual-channel fan and a vapor chamber handle cooling. OnePlus says the fan lowers peak chip temperature by up to 10°C during an hour of gaming.
Cameras
The rear setup has two cameras. The main camera uses a 200 MP 1/1.56-inch sensor with an f/1.8 lens and OIS. A 50 MP periscope telephoto adds 3.5x optical zoom, an f/2.8 lens and OIS.
There is no ultrawide camera. Rear video reaches 8K at 30 fps and 4K at 120 fps. The 16 MP front camera records 1080p at 30 fps.
Battery and charging
The single-cell battery has a typical capacity of 9,000 mAh. Wired charging reaches 100 W, and the charger is included in the box. The phone also supports bypass charging during gaming, which powers the phone while easing battery stress. OnePlus does not list wireless charging on the official specs page.
Software and updates
The phone ships with Android 17 and ColorOS 17, the China software. OnePlus has not published an update promise in years of OS or security patches. Its official page does cite a six-year smoothness test, but that is not an update commitment.
Should you buy the Ace 7 Pro?
The Ace 7 Pro suits buyers in China who play long gaming sessions. It offers active cooling, a 185 Hz mode and a large battery. It also suits people who want a telephoto camera, which the Ace 7 lacks. Buyers elsewhere should note that it has no official global version and ships with China software. Those who need an ultrawide camera or wireless charging should look at other models.
