The Oukitel WP100 Plus is a rugged 4G phone built around a 33,000 mAh battery. Oukitel launched it in July 2026 and sells it through its global and European online stores. The global store lists it at $619.99, and the German store at €619.99. Both stores have shown it at lower sale prices. It sits in the heavy-duty, big-battery corner of the rugged market.
Design and display
This is a large, heavy device. It measures 178.3 x 84.18 x 34 mm and weighs 784 g. The body is rated IP68 and IP69K, and Oukitel states MIL-STD-810H drop testing. The maker also lists a 1.2-meter drop rating and an operating range of -20°C to 55°C.
The back holds a 1,200-lumen camping light. Oukitel lists several modes for it, including quarter, half and full brightness, plus SOS and strobe. On the front, a 6.8-inch Full HD+ screen runs at up to 120 Hz. It has a resolution of 1080 x 2460, 396 ppi and 650 nits of brightness. Gorilla Glass 5 covers the panel.
Performance
The phone runs on the MediaTek Helio G100, a 6 nm octa-core chip. It pairs two Cortex-A76 cores at 2.2 GHz with six Cortex-A55 cores and Mali-G57 MC2 graphics. This is an entry-level chip, so expect smooth everyday use rather than strong gaming. There is 12 GB of RAM and 512 GB of storage. Virtual RAM can add another 24 GB, but the official specs list no memory card support.
Cameras
The main rear camera uses a 64 MP OmniVision OV64B40 sensor with an f/1.79 lens and PDAF. It records video at up to 2K and 30 fps. A 20 MP Sony IMX350 night vision camera adds an infrared fill light. It can capture scenes in the dark. A 2 MP macro camera completes the rear setup. For selfies, there is a 32 MP Sony IMX616 front camera that records 1080p video.
Battery and charging
The 33,000 mAh battery is the main reason to buy this phone. Oukitel quotes up to 184 hours of talk time and 43 hours of video playback. Charging runs at 66W, and a full charge takes about 3 hours and 50 minutes, according to the maker. The phone can also charge other devices over a cable at up to 18W. A charger comes in the box.
Software and updates
The WP100 Plus ships with Android 16 and receives OTA updates. Oukitel also promotes Gemini AI and its own AI Beacon features. However, the maker has not published how many years of Android or security updates the phone will get.
Connectivity is 4G only, with no 5G support. The phone has NFC, Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.2 and a side-mounted fingerprint reader. It takes two Nano-SIM cards. There is no 3.5 mm headphone jack.
Should you buy the WP100 Plus?
The WP100 Plus suits people who spend days away from a charger. Campers, field workers and off-grid users gain the most. They get the huge battery, the camping light and night vision. It can also top up other gadgets. However, its 784 g weight and 34 mm thickness make it hard to pocket. The Helio G100 is also modest for the price. If you want 5G or a faster chip, look at other rugged models.
