The Unihertz Titan 2 Elite Pro is a compact 5G smartphone with a physical QWERTY keyboard. Unihertz announced it on March 24, 2026, together with the Titan 2 Elite, when its Kickstarter campaign opened. Pre-orders are open on the Unihertz store at $579.99, and the company says orders ship in December 2026. It is the faster version of the Titan 2 Elite, aimed at people who type a lot.
Design and display
The phone measures 117.8 x 75 x 10.4 mm and weighs 163 g. That makes it shorter than most touchscreen phones, while the width stays similar. The mid-frame is aerospace-grade aluminum, shaped by six CNC passes and two anodizing steps. Unihertz sells it in Black and Orange, and both colors have a matte finish.
Below the screen sits a backlit QWERTY keyboard. Every letter key can launch a shortcut on a short or long press. The key surface also works as a touchpad for scrolling, cursor control and a mouse mode. A red programmable button on the side opens an app, the camera or an AI assistant.
The display is a 4.03-inch AMOLED panel with a 1080 x 1200 resolution. That works out to 401 pixels per inch. It runs at up to 120Hz for smoother scrolling.
Performance
The Titan 2 Elite Pro runs on the MediaTek Dimensity 8400, an octa-core chip running at up to 3.25 GHz. The standard Titan 2 Elite uses the slower Dimensity 7400. It comes with 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 512GB of UFS 3.1 storage. That is double the storage of the standard model. A microSD card of up to 2TB can replace the second SIM card.
Cameras
The back holds a 50MP main camera with optical stabilization and a 50MP telephoto camera. Unihertz quotes up to 20x zoom, but it does not give an optical zoom figure. Optical stabilization is one of the differences from the standard Titan 2 Elite. The front camera has 32MP.
Battery and charging
The 4,050mAh battery uses silicon-carbon anode cells from ATL. Wired charging runs at up to 33W over USB-C. There is no wireless charging.
Software and updates
The phone ships with Android 16. Unihertz promises five years of update support and OS upgrades up to Android 20. Connectivity includes 5G, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 6.0, NFC with Google Pay, an IR blaster and FM radio. You can use two physical SIM cards or one SIM card plus an eSIM. There is no 3.5mm headphone jack.
Should you buy the Titan 2 Elite Pro?
The Titan 2 Elite Pro suits people who want real keys for email and chat in a small body. It also suits buyers who need lots of storage, since it has 512GB plus a card slot. If you can skip the extra speed, storage and camera stabilization, the Titan 2 Elite costs less. Keep in mind that the small screen is less suited to games and photo editing. Unihertz lists no water resistance rating.
