The DOOGEE Fire 7 Ultra is a rugged 5G phone built around communication tools for field teams. It joined the Fire 7 and Fire 7 Pro in December 2025. Its headline features are push-to-talk over cellular, a loud 125 dB speaker and a 13,000mAh battery. DOOGEE’s global online store lists it at $379 in one 8GB + 256GB version.
Design and display
The phone has an industrial look with a hexagonal camera housing and a grid-pattern back for grip. It measures 176.5 x 82.5 x 18.7 mm, and DOOGEE has not published its weight. The body carries IP68 and IP69K ratings and a MIL-STD-810H durability claim. A dedicated PTT key sits on the side, along with an SOS button.
The front uses a 6.6-inch IPS LCD with a 720 x 1612 resolution. That works out to about 267 pixels per inch. The refresh rate goes up to 90Hz, which helps scrolling feel smoother than on a 60Hz panel.
Performance
Inside is the MediaTek Dimensity 6300, a 6nm chip with built-in 5G. It pairs two Cortex-A76 cores at 2.4 GHz with six Cortex-A55 cores at 2.0 GHz. The phone has 8GB of RAM, which DOOGEE says can be expanded virtually to 32GB.
Storage is 256GB. A triple card tray takes two nano-SIM cards and a microSD card at the same time. This is an entry-level chip, so the phone suits calls, messaging, maps and work apps rather than heavy gaming.
Push-to-talk and audio
The main selling point is push-to-talk over cellular (PoC). It allows one-to-one and group voice calls over 4G, 5G or Wi-Fi. For places without coverage, a Bluetooth walkie-talkie mode works at up to about 100 meters. A rear speaker with a 3.5W driver is rated at up to 125 dB. A walkie-talkie headset comes in the box.
Cameras
The rear has a 64MP main camera and a 2MP macro camera. A 16MP selfie camera sits in the display. DOOGEE has not shared sensor sizes or video modes for this model.
Battery and charging
The 13,000mAh battery is one of the phone’s main strengths for long shifts. It charges at up to 33W over USB-C. DOOGEE also includes a 10W charging base that connects through contacts on the side of the phone. Reverse wired charging at 5W can top up small devices such as earbuds.
Software and updates
The Fire 7 Ultra ships with Android 15. It also has NFC for contactless payments, Wi-Fi 5 and Bluetooth 5.2. DOOGEE has not announced how many years of Android upgrades or security patches the phone will get.
Should you buy the DOOGEE Fire 7 Ultra?
The Fire 7 Ultra suits site crews, logistics staff and event teams. They get radio-style calls on a phone. The large battery, loud speaker and charging base add to that role. The Dimensity 6300 and the HD+ screen are modest for the price. Buyers who do not need push-to-talk may find more performance in other rugged phones.
