The OnePlus 15T is a compact flagship phone with a 6.32-inch screen and a 7,500 mAh battery. OnePlus announced it in China on March 24, 2026, and sales started there the next day. The phone is sold only in China. Its official starting price is CNY 4,299 for the 12 GB + 256 GB version. It follows the OnePlus 13T, which was sold outside China as the OnePlus 13s.
Design and display
The 15T measures 150.56 x 71.82 x 8.35 mm and weighs about 194 grams. It has an aluminum frame and a fiberglass back. The phone carries IP66, IP68, IP69 and IP69K ratings for dust and water. It also adds a physical shortcut key on the side.
The flat 6.32-inch OLED panel has a resolution of 2640 x 1216 pixels and a density of 460 ppi. It refreshes at up to 165 Hz and reaches 1,800 nits in high brightness mode. OnePlus quotes bezels of 1.1 mm on all four sides. The cover glass is OPPO Crystal Shield glass.
Performance
Inside is the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, built on a 3 nm process. Its eight cores reach up to 4.608 GHz, and the GPU is the Adreno 840. Memory options are 12 GB or 16 GB of LPDDR5X RAM. Storage ranges from 256 GB to 1 TB of UFS 4.1, with no microSD slot.
OnePlus also fits its own G2 network chip for stronger cellular and Wi-Fi signal. Connectivity includes 5G, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6.0, NFC and an IR blaster.
Cameras
The rear has two 50 MP cameras. The main camera uses a 1/1.56-inch sensor with an f/1.8 lens and optical stabilization. The second is a periscope telephoto with 3.5x optical zoom, an 85 mm equivalent focal length and OIS. There is no ultrawide camera. The rear cameras record video up to 8K at 30 fps and 4K at 120 fps. On the front, a 16 MP camera records 1080p video at 30 fps.
Battery and charging
The battery has a typical capacity of 7,500 mAh. Wired charging runs at up to 100W, and OnePlus says it reaches 61% in 30 minutes. Wireless charging goes up to 50W. The phone also supports wired and wireless reverse charging. A charger comes in the box in China.
Software and updates
The 15T ships with ColorOS 16 based on Android 16. OnePlus promises four major Android upgrades and five years of maintenance updates in China. As a China model, it runs ColorOS rather than the OxygenOS used on global OnePlus phones.
Should you buy the OnePlus 15T?
The 15T suits buyers who want a small phone with a flagship chip and a very large battery. The periscope telephoto and the strong water resistance add to its appeal. However, it lacks an ultrawide camera. It is also sold only in China, with Chinese software and no local warranty elsewhere. Buyers in the US or Europe may prefer a model sold in their own market.
