The Xiaomi 15T Pro is the upper model of the Xiaomi 15T series. Xiaomi announced it globally on September 24, 2025, at an event in Munich. It replaces the 14T Pro and sits just below the brand’s main flagships. In Europe, the 12GB + 256GB version started at €799. Xiaomi does not sell it officially in the US.
Design and display
The flat 6.83-inch AMOLED panel has a 2772 x 1280 resolution and 447 ppi. The refresh rate reaches 144Hz, and Xiaomi rates peak brightness at 3,200 nits. The screen supports HDR10+ and Dolby Vision, and it sits under Corning Gorilla Glass 7i.
The body combines an aluminum alloy frame with a fiberglass back. It measures 7.96 mm thick and weighs 210 g. The phone carries an IP68 rating and comes in Black, Gray and Mocha Gold.
Performance
Inside is the 3nm MediaTek Dimensity 9400+. Its fastest Cortex-X925 core runs at up to 3.73GHz, and the GPU is the Immortalis-G925 MC12. Every version has 12GB of LPDDR5X RAM. Storage options are 256GB, 512GB and 1TB of UFS 4.1, with no microSD slot. Xiaomi adds its 3D IceLoop cooling system.
Cameras
The rear setup has three cameras with Leica Summilux optics. The main camera uses a 50MP Light Fusion 900 sensor with an f/1.62 lens and optical stabilization. Next to it is a 50MP periscope telephoto with a 115mm focal length, which gives 5x optical zoom. This is the first 5x telephoto in the Xiaomi T series. A 12MP ultra-wide camera with a 120-degree field of view completes the set.
The rear cameras record video in up to 8K at 30fps or 4K at 120fps. On the front, a 32MP selfie camera records 4K video at 30fps.
Battery and charging
The 15T Pro has a 5,500mAh battery, the largest in the Xiaomi T series so far. It supports 90W wired charging and 50W wireless charging. However, there is no charger in the box, so buyers need a compatible adapter. Xiaomi says the battery keeps at least 80% of its capacity after 1,600 charge cycles.
Software and updates
The phone launched with Xiaomi HyperOS 2 based on Android 15. Xiaomi promises five major OS upgrades and six years of security updates. Other features include Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6.0, NFC, eSIM support, an IR blaster and stereo speakers. The USB-C port runs at USB 2.0 speeds. In 2026, the 17T Pro arrived as its successor.
Should you buy the Xiaomi 15T Pro?
The 15T Pro suits buyers who want 5x periscope zoom and a large, bright screen. It costs less than full flagships. Wireless charging, IP68 protection and a long update promise add to its value. On the other hand, it lacks an LTPO panel, so the refresh rate drops only to 60Hz. It also has slow USB 2.0 transfers. Buyers in the US should note that Xiaomi does not sell or support it there officially.
