The Blackview BL7000 Pro is a 5G rugged phone that Blackview launched in June 2026. It follows the BL7000 from 2025 and moves to DokeOS 5.0 based on Android 16. The phone targets outdoor users and field workers who need a tough device with a large battery. It comes in Black and Orange, with 8GB of RAM and 256GB or 512GB of storage.
Design and display
The Blackview BL7000 Pro measures 182.2 x 86 x 14.5 mm and weighs 357 g. Its frame is made of aluminum alloy, and rubber buffers protect the corners. The phone carries IP68 and IP69K ratings and MIL-STD-810H certification. Blackview also rates it for drops of up to 2 meters and for use from -20°C to +60°C.
On the front, there is a 6.78-inch screen with a 1080 x 2460 resolution and 396 ppi. It refreshes at up to 120Hz and reaches 750 nits. Corning Gorilla Glass 5 covers the panel. In addition, a glove mode lets you use the touchscreen without taking gloves off.
Performance
The phone runs on the MediaTek Dimensity 6300, a 6 nm 5G chip. Its CPU cores run at up to 2.4 GHz. It comes with 8GB of RAM. Up to 24GB of storage can also work as virtual memory. Storage options are 256GB and 512GB. A microSD card of up to 2TB adds more space, but it takes the place of the second SIM.
Cameras
The main rear camera uses a 50MP Samsung JN1 sensor with an f/1.8 aperture and a 1/2.76-inch size. Next to it sits a 20MP night vision camera for shooting in very low light. A third, auxiliary sensor completes the rear setup. As a result, it can capture scenes in near darkness, such as camp sites at night. For selfies and video calls, there is a 32MP front camera.
Battery and charging
A 7500mAh battery powers the BL7000 Pro. It supports 33W wired charging. The phone can also share power with earbuds or a watch through 6W reverse charging over a cable. However, Blackview does not list wireless charging.
Software and updates
The BL7000 Pro ships with DokeOS 5.0 based on Android 16. Blackview adds its Doke AI 2.0 tools for chat, photo editing, video and music generation. Google features such as Gemini and Circle to Search are also included. Other extras are NFC, FM radio, a programmable side key and a toolbox app. There is no 3.5mm jack, so wired audio goes through USB-C. Blackview promises OTA updates but has not stated how many years of Android upgrades the phone will get.
Should you buy the BL7000 Pro?
The BL7000 Pro suits buyers who need a phone that survives water, dust and drops. It also fits people who want a large battery and a night vision camera for outdoor work. On the other hand, the Dimensity 6300 is an entry-level chip, so heavy games will run with limits. The phone is also heavy at 357 g. Finally, there is no wireless charging, headphone jack or charger in the box.
