The Ulefone Armor 22 Pro is a rugged 4G phone that Ulefone announced on August 11, 2026. It went on sale globally on August 17 through the Ulefone store, AliExpress and OZON. Its global list price is $269.99, and the early-sale price was $239.99. The phone is an upgraded version of the Armor 22 and sits in the budget rugged segment.
Design and display
The Armor 22 Pro is 15 mm thick and weighs 324 grams. Ulefone calls this a slim rugged style, with silver anti-slip stripes on both sides and a metal camera frame. The body is rated IP68 and IP69K, and it also meets MIL-STD-810H. It comes in one color, All Black.
The front has a 6.58-inch waterdrop display with a 1080 x 2408 resolution. The refresh rate goes up to 120Hz, and peak brightness is 450 nits. A tempered glass screen protector is included in the box.
Performance
The phone runs on the MediaTek Helio G200, a 6nm chip. It has two Cortex-A76 cores at 2.2 GHz and six Cortex-A55 cores at 2.0 GHz. The GPU is an Arm Mali-G57.
Every version has 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM. Storage is 128GB or 256GB of UFS 2.2. A dedicated microSD slot adds up to 2TB without using a SIM slot.
Cameras
The rear module pairs two 64MP cameras. The main camera uses a Sony IMX682 sensor with a 1/1.7-inch size and an f/1.89 aperture. The second camera is a 64MP night vision unit with an OV64B sensor and infrared LEDs. It can capture images in total darkness, which helps with wildlife watching or night work.
There is no ultrawide or telephoto lens. Rear video tops out at 2K at 30fps. The 8MP front camera records 1080p video. An underwater mode lets you control the camera while the phone is submerged.
Battery and charging
The battery has a typical capacity of 6,600mAh. It charges at up to 33W over USB-C, and a charger is included. The phone can also charge other devices by wire at 5W. Ulefone does not list wireless charging.
Software and updates
The Armor 22 Pro ships with Android 16. Ulefone describes it as a pure Android system with no ads. It adds Ulefone AI Pro tools, such as call recording summaries and circle-to-search, plus an outdoor toolbox. Ulefone has not published an update policy.
Other features include NFC with Google Pay, an IR blaster, a 3.5 mm headphone jack and a custom key. The phone takes two nano-SIM cards and also has a built-in eSIM. It supports 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 5 and Bluetooth 5.2, but not 5G.
Should you buy the Ulefone Armor 22 Pro?
The Armor 22 Pro suits buyers who want a tough phone that is thinner than battery-heavy rugged models. It also makes sense if you need a night vision camera, an IR blaster or a headphone jack. However, it lacks 5G and wireless charging, and its video tops out at 2K. If battery life matters most, the Armor 24 Pro offers a much larger battery.
