The Ulefone Armor 27T Pro+ is a 5G rugged phone with a thermal imaging camera. Ulefone announced it in February 2026 together with the 4G Armor 27T+. It is an updated version of the Armor 27T Pro. The main change is a sharper FLIR Lepton 3.5 thermal camera. The phone targets field workers, rescue teams and outdoor users. It comes in one version with 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage.
Design and display
This is a heavy phone. It measures 182.8 x 86.8 x 18.5 mm and weighs 441 grams. The body is rated IP68 and IP69K for water and dust, and it carries a MIL-STD-810H certification. Ulefone lists an operating range from -20 to 50 degrees Celsius.
The front has a 6.78-inch IPS LCD with a 1080 x 2460 resolution and 396 ppi. It refreshes at up to 120 Hz and reaches 680 nits. Corning Gorilla Glass Victus covers the screen. A side-mounted fingerprint reader sits in the power key, and a programmable custom key adds quick shortcuts.
Performance
The phone runs on the MediaTek Dimensity 6300, a 6 nm chip with two Cortex-A76 cores at 2.4 GHz. The GPU is a Mali-G57 MC2. Memory is 12 GB of LPDDR4X RAM, and software can add 12 GB of virtual RAM. Storage is 256 GB of UFS 2.2, and a microSD slot takes cards up to 2 TB. This is an entry-level chip, so the phone suits work apps more than demanding games.
Cameras
The rear module combines three sensors. The 50 MP main camera uses a 1/1.31-inch Samsung GN1 sensor with an f/1.95 lens. A 64 MP OmniVision OV64B camera works with infrared lights for night vision in full darkness.
The FLIR Lepton 3.5 thermal camera has a 160 x 120 resolution and a 12 μm pixel pitch. It measures from -10 to 450 degrees Celsius with ±3 degrees accuracy. The MyFLIR Pro app comes preinstalled. On the front, a 32 MP Samsung GD1 camera handles selfies. Both rear and front cameras record video at up to 2K and 30 fps.
Battery and charging
A 10,600 mAh battery powers the phone. Ulefone calls it a sub-zero solid-state cell built for cold weather. Wired charging reaches 33 W through USB-C, and a charger comes in the box. Wireless charging reaches 30 W with Ulefone’s protocol or 15 W over Qi. Reverse wireless charging is supported too.
Other features include NFC, Bluetooth 5.2, a 3.5 mm headphone jack and an IR blaster. A uSmart 2.0 connector accepts Ulefone endoscopes and a microscope.
Software and updates
The Armor 27T Pro+ launched with Android 15. The official specs page now lists Android 16 as an OTA update. Ulefone ships a clean Android build without ads. The company has not published a fixed promise for future OS or security updates.
