The OnePlus 13s is a compact flagship phone with a 6.32-inch screen and a 5,850 mAh battery. OnePlus launched it in India on June 5, 2025, and sales began on June 12, 2025. In India, it costs ₹54,999 for the 12GB + 256GB model. In China, the same phone is sold as the OnePlus 13T.
Design and display
The phone measures 150.81 x 71.7 x 8.15 mm and weighs 185 g. It has a CNC aluminum alloy mid-frame and a glass back. The phone is rated IP65 for dust and water resistance. Instead of the Alert Slider, it has a programmable Plus Key.
The 6.32-inch LTPO OLED screen has a 2640 x 1216 resolution and 460 ppi. It refreshes at 1 to 120 Hz and reaches 1,600 nits in high brightness mode. It supports Dolby Vision, HDR10+ and HDR Vivid.
Performance
The phone runs on the Snapdragon 8 Elite, with an Oryon CPU clocked up to 4.32 GHz and an Adreno 830 GPU. It has 12GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 256GB or 512GB of UFS 4.0 storage. A 4,400 mm² vapor chamber handles cooling. OnePlus also added its own G1 Wi-Fi chip with Wi-Fi 7 support.
Cameras
There are two 50 MP rear cameras. The main camera uses a 1/1.56-inch Sony LYT-700 sensor with an f/1.8 lens and OIS. The second camera is a 2x telephoto. There is no ultrawide camera. The rear cameras record up to 4K at 60 fps. The 32 MP autofocus front camera records 4K at 30 fps.
Battery and charging
The 5,850 mAh battery supports 80W SUPERVOOC wired charging, and the charger comes in the box. The phone has no wireless charging. The China-market OnePlus 13T has a larger 6,260 mAh silicon-carbon battery but a 16 MP front camera. OnePlus said it reduced the battery in the 13s to fit the better selfie camera.
Software and updates
The OnePlus 13s launched with OxygenOS 15 based on Android 15. OnePlus promises four major Android updates and six years of security patches. Other features include an optical in-display fingerprint reader, an IR blaster, stereo speakers, NFC and Bluetooth 6.0.
Should you buy the OnePlus 13s?
The OnePlus 13s suits buyers who want flagship performance and a large battery in a small, light phone. It skips an ultrawide camera, wireless charging and IP68 protection. The phone is sold officially in India, so buyers elsewhere can get it only through importers.
